A very unique butter cookie that is made up of homemade caramel.

Once the Caramel is created it should be spread on a baking sheet so it cools and hardens.

Once it is hardened it should be broken into small pieces.

Now for the fun part. pass these small broken pieces in the mixer to create a fine caramel powder which will make all the difference in your butter cookie.

Finally add the powdered caramel into the prepared dough and shape them as you would like.
